Who Can Benefit from Natural Hair Transplantation at ADAMA Hair Transplant Center?

Male Patterned hair loss or baldness (MPB) is also referred to as Androgentic alopecia. MPB is responsible for more than 95% of hair loss in men. By age of thirty-five (35) two-thirds of men will experience some degree of hair loss and by the age of fifty (50) 85% of men will experience significant hair thinning and loss. This said, Hair loss is witnessed in men as young as their early twenties (20's).

Though MPB can be caused by many things from illness to stress, most cases of MPB are related to heredity and/or combined with a genetic sensitivity to the male hormone Androgen/Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). These hair follicles which are sensitive to DHT become smaller with time and eventually the lifespan to the hair follicle is affected. Causing an onset of receding hairline and generalized thinning of the scalp (crown). This pattern can progress to increased baldness covering the entire top of scalp creating a "horseshoe" pattern.
FAQ
Male
Evidence has proven that most men who suffer from MPB are unhappy with their situation and if possible would very much like to change it. Losing one's hair can affect every aspect of a person's life, from self-esteem, interpersonal relationships as well as professional lives.

Female
Female Patterned Hair Loss or Balding (FPB) up until recently has been mistakenly thought of as a male disease process. However, more than forty percent (40%) of women suffer from hair loss as well. This hair loss can be devastating for the individual affecting their self-image as well as their emotional well-being.

In cases of MPB & FPB societal views force individuals to suffer in silence. General Medical community ignores the presence of hair loss as unimportant as it is not viewed as life threatening, just something that the individual will be forced to live with.

However, the psychological damage which is caused by hair loss can be life altering taking an emotional toll which can be directly linked to the individual's physical health.

In a world where outward appearance weighs so heavily on individuals we at adama hair transplant center have the answer to our question: who can benefit from natural hair transplantation at Adama hair transplant center?" Anyone suffering from mpb or fpb.

Natural Hair Transplantation is procedure in which hair follicles are transferred from one area of the body to another in which MPB or FPB is experienced. It is a minor surgical procedure with an overall improvement of appearance of 85-90%. (Provided that all physicians' medication orders and treatment recommendations are followed).

As in most cases of MPB or FPB thinning begins to present itself in the individuals in their twenties and thirties. At this time when the number of available hair follicles are present for transplant demonstrates a markedly improved outcome. Of course in all cases the best candidate for Hair Transplantation is one in which the candidate has a positive outlook and is ready for a miraculous change in the way they see themselves and others see them as well.
What is the difference between Follicular Unit
Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation
(FUT)?
At ADAMA Hair Transplant Center we feel there every client and their case is individual and therefore we do not limit ourselves or our clients to only one means of treatment for hair loss. We preform FUE, and FUT procedures.
FUE
(Follicular Unit Extraction)
FUE: or Follicular Unit Extraction is a procedure in which we extract the hair follicle/s individually utilizing specialized equipment and then implant them individually into specifically prepared sites. This transplantation will produce the appearance of fuller and thicker hair.
FUE
FUT
(Follicular Unit Transplantation)
FUT: or Follicular Unit Transplantation is a procedure in which we take a small strip of tissue from the back of the head, which is then sutured closed and done so with a specialized technique in which there is little to no scar upon healing. The tissue is then sectioned and we remove the needed hair follicles and implant them individually into specifically prepared sites. This transplant will produce the appearance of fuller and thicker hair.
FUE
ADAMA Physicians are Hair Transplant Specialist and will conduct an examination to evaluate your special needs. Together with our clients we determine which technique is best for them. Each procedure FUE or FUT take approximately six to eight (6-8) hours to complete. This is an outpatient procedure therefore, the client is able to arrive and leave alone.
Medications Recommended to Clients by ADAMA
For Male Clients with MPB, ADAMA recommends a combined treatment of Finasteride and Minoxidil 5% spray or foam. For Female Clients with FPB, ADAMA recommends Minoxidil 5% spray or foam only. Finasteride is a hair growth stimulate and related to testosterone conversion in men. Minoxidil 5% spray or foam is a vasodilator and hair growth stimulate. The use of these products as directed will have a positive effect for those suffering with mild to moderate hair loss as well as, support and maintain the transplanted hair follicles from the FUE or FUT procedures in new hair growth to the head and/or face.
When Will I Begin To See New Hair?
Shortly after the FUE of FUT it is completely normal for the implanted hair follicles to shed. The all-important follicular root remains present and from this the hair will begin a normal growth process. In three to six (3-6) month's new hair growth will become apparent causing the client to lose the shiny appearance of baldness. In 6-10 months the hair becomes fuller and thicker. Because of the Artistic Expertise of the Hair Transplant Specialist/s at ADAMA Hair Transplant Center the result and appearance will look completely natural. Allowing our client to regain their youth and confidence.
